Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled and adaptable Mobile Lab Technician to join our innovative diagnostic team at Dr. Labike. This role involves conducting diagnostic tests in the field during medical camps. The ideal candidate must be comfortable working independently, interacting with patients, and operating cutting-edge portable diagnostic equipment on our Lab-on-a-Bike innovation platform.

Key Responsibilities:·       

1. Travel to various locations with the mobile lab to provide diagnostic services.
2. Set up and manage medical camps in communities, corporate offices, and public health initiative.
3. Collect, process, and analyze biological samples (blood, urine, etc.) with portable diagnostic devices.
4. Ensure accuracy and reliability of test results, following standard laboratory protocols.
5. Educate patients on basic health awareness and the importance of diagnostic testing.
6. Maintain and sanitize lab equipment and ensure proper storage of medical supplies.
7. Record and report test results accurately to doctors and relevant healthcare providers.
8. Always follow safety and hygiene regulations.
9. Provide exceptional customer service while engaging with patients in various locations.

Requirements:·       

1. Diploma or bachelor’s degree in medical laboratory technology (MLT) or a related field.
2. Willingness to travel extensively and work in field settings.
3. Ability to operate portable lab equipment and interpret test results.
4. Physical fitness to handle mobile lab setup and movements.
5. Passion for community healthcare and innovation in diagnostics.
