Job Title: Medical Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for a motivated and result-oriented Medical Representative to promote pharmaceutical products to doctors, hospitals, and healthcare professionals. The candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships, increasing product awareness, and achieving sales targets in the assigned territory.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote company medicines and healthcare products to doctors, pharmacists, and hospitals
• Schedule and conduct regular visits with healthcare professionals
• Explain product features, benefits, usage, and side effects accurately
• Achieve monthly and yearly sales targets
• Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients
• Organize product presentations, CMEs, and promotional activities
• Collect market feedback and competitor information
• Ensure timely collection of payments, if applicable
• Maintain daily call reports and sales records
• Follow company policies and ethical marketing practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Science, or related field (preferred)

• 0–3 years of experience in pharmaceutical sales (freshers can apply)
• Strong communication and convincing skills
• Good knowledge of pharmaceutical products
• Ability to travel within assigned territory
• Self-motivated with a target-oriented approach
