Education (preferred, not compulsory)

• B.Pharm / D.Pharm

• B.Sc. (Biology / Nutrition / Life Sciences)

• Any graduate with strong field sales experience

Experience

• 1–3 years in:

• Medical Representative

• Pharma / wellness / supplement sales

• Clinic / doctor / gym / healthcare sales

• FMCG field sales (health-focused preferred)

Must-have skills

• Good communication in English + Hindi + Gujarati

• Comfortable meeting:

• Doctors

• Physiotherapists

• Gym owners / trainers

• Wellness clinics

• Can explain product simply

• Can handle objections confidently

• Can do follow-ups properly

• Can maintain daily reporting

• Presentable and disciplined

Key roles and responsibilities of a Medical Representative include: (Must have Any 3)

• Product Promotion: 

Introducing and explaining new drugs, their benefits, mechanisms of action, dosages, and side effects to healthcare professionals.

• Sales and Marketing: 

Meeting or exceeding sales targets, managing a designated territory, and maintaining a high profile for the company’s products.

• Relationship Management: 

Building and maintaining positive relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and staff to gain trust and secure prescriptions.

• Market Analysis & Reporting: 

Conducting market research to understand competitor activity and providing feedback to their organization.

• Product Availability: 

Ensuring products are well-stocked and available at pharmacies and hospitals.

• Professional Development: 

Staying updated on medical research and attending conferences to provide accurate information.
