👨‍💻 What You’ll Work On:

• Build scalable web apps using React, Next.js, Node.js, Express
• Work with MongoDB and PostgreSQL databases
• Design and integrate secure, high-performing REST APIs
• Take ownership of modules and mentor junior developers
• Directly communicate with overseas clients and manage expectations
• Lead sprints, review code, and ensure quality deliverables

🧠 What We’re Looking For:

• Strong expertise in JavaScript (ES6+), MERN Stack
• Experience with Next.js, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB
• Solid Git knowledge and API integration experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills (client-facing)
• Proven ability to lead a small dev team and manage project timelines

🌍 Bonus Points:

• Previous experience working with international clients
• Understanding of Agile or Scrum processes
• Problem-solving attitude and sense of ownership
