Job Description

Leading NBFC (Non-Banking Financial Company) in India. We are looking for a Administrative Assistant to CEO. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing risk-related activities in an NBFC. Job Summary: The Administrative Assistant to CEO will provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and executive team. The ideal candidate should be highly organized, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills. The candidate should also be able to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: - Manage CEO's calendar and schedule appointments - Screen and manage incoming calls and emails - Arrange and coordinate travel plans for CEO and executive team - Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required by the CEO - Conduct research on various topics and provide recommendations to the CEO - Prepare and distribute meeting agendas, minutes, and action items for executive meetings - Liaise with external partners and stakeholders on behalf of the CEO - Manage expenses and budgets for the CEO's office - Provide general administrative support to the executive team as needed Qualifications and Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communications, or relevant field - Minimum of 3 years of experience as an administrative assistant supporting senior executives - Excellent organizational and time management skills - Strong written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and Google Suite - Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively - Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits package.
