Mobile & Desktop Application Tester

We are seeking a detail-oriented Application Tester to join our team and ensure the quality of our iOS, Android, and Mac applications.

About the Role:

As an Application Tester, you will be responsible for identifying bugs, verifying functionality, and ensuring our applications deliver a seamless user experience across multiple platforms. You'll work closely with our development team to maintain high quality standards throughout the development lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities:

• Test iOS, Android, and Mac applications across different devices and OS versions
• Execute test cases and document test results systematically
• Identify, reproduce, and report bugs with detailed steps and screenshots
• Verify bug fixes and perform regression testing
• Test app integrations including cloud storage services and subscription systems
• Validate UI/UX consistency across platforms
• Perform compatibility testing on various devices and screen sizes
• Participate in release testing and app store submission validation

Requirements:

• 1-2 years of experience in mobile and/or desktop application testing
• Hands-on experience testing iOS and Android applications
• Understanding of mobile app testing best practices
• Familiarity with bug tracking tools (Jira, Trello, or similar)
• Basic knowledge of iOS and Android ecosystems
• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with TestFlight and Google Play Console
• Knowledge of API testing tools (Postman or similar)
• Understanding of subscription-based app models
• Familiarity with cloud storage integrations
