North Indian Cook

Role & Responsibilities:

Prepare and cook North Indian dishes including:

• Dal, sabzi, paneer items
• Roti, chapati, paratha (basic tandoor/atta handling)
• Rice items, khichdi, simple gravies

Maintain taste consistency as per given recipes

Handle daily prep (cutting, marination, gravies, masalas)

Ensure food quality, hygiene, and cleanliness

Coordinate with helper for prep and cleaning

Manage raw material carefully to reduce wastage

Follow portion control and packing standards (important for delivery)

Requirements

Good knowledge of North Indian home-style cooking

Ability to work in a fast-paced kitchen

Basic understanding of hygiene & food safety

Team player with disciplined work habits
