Job Title: Nursing Head / Incharge

Location: Ahmedabad

Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹32000 per month

Qualification: GNM / B.Sc. Nursing

Experience: 8–10 years (including 3–4 years in a supervisory/lead role)

Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Nursing Head / Incharge to lead and manage the nursing department. The ideal candidate will ensure high standards of patient care, efficient nursing operations, and compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead, supervise, and manage the nursing team across all hospital units

Prepare and manage duty rosters, shift planning, and staff allocation

Ensure adherence to hospital protocols, policies, and quality standards

Train, mentor, and evaluate nursing staff performance

Coordinate closely with doctors, management, and other departments

Handle patient concerns, complaints, and escalations effectively

Ensure high-quality patient care and safety standards are maintained

Maintain proper documentation and ensure compliance with NABH/JCI guidelines

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong leadership and team management skill

Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

In-depth knowledge of hospital operations and nursing practices

Problem-solving and decision-making skills

Ability to handle pressure and manage critical situations

Candidates with a minimum of 4 years of experience in a Nursing Head, Lead, or Supervisory role are eligible to apply.
