Roles & responsibilities

• Conduct detailed analysis of client business processes and requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, define, and document functional and non-functional requirements.
• Design and configure Odoo modules such as Sales, Purchase, Inventory, CRM, Accounting, Manufacturing, and others based on client needs.
• Customize workflows, reports, forms, and dashboards within Odoo to enhance usability and efficiency.
• Provide training and support to end-users during and after Odoo implementation. Perform system testing and assist in user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues reported by clients related to Odoo functionality.
• Stay updated with the latest Odoo releases, features, and best practices.

Skills required

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years working as an Odoo Functional Consultant in IT service-based companies.
• Extensive experience in configuring and customizing Odoo modules and workflows.
• Strong understanding of ERP implementation methodologies and best practices.
• Ability to analyze complex business processes and translate them into clear requirements.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with clients and internal teams.
• Experience in conducting workshops, training sessions, and creating user documentation.
• Certification in Odoo Functional or Technical would be a plus. Preferred Skills.
• Familiarity with other business applications such as mobile app development, web app development, and ecommerce platforms.
• Experience in integrating Odoo with third-party systems and APIs.
• Knowledge of Python programming language is beneficial.
