Job Description

Job Summary: This role will manage office administration, vendor coordination, IT infrastructure, and housekeeping while ensuring smooth financial operations, including accounts payable, banking, and expense management. They will maintain data records, participate in weekly meetings, and provide problem-solving support. Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills are essential for this role.


Responsibilities

  • Manage data, documents, vendor relations, and utility services.
  • Supervise housekeeping and ensure office infrastructure is well-maintained.
  • Oversee IT infrastructure, including hardware and software.
  • Handle other administrative tasks as required.
  • Handle file management, vouchers, and banking tasks.
  • Manage accounts payable
  • Perform bank reconciliations (HDFC).
  • Oversee daily Zoho expense management.
  • Update data in the weekly review sheet as per the assigned schedule.
  • Participate in weekly meetings for Admin, IT Infrastructure, and Finance as per the framework.
  • Identify and present solutions for challenges in meetings.
