Office Administrator

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Dispatch & Relationship Manager who will be responsible for ensuring smooth product dispatch operations while maintaining strong relationships with clients, vendors, and internal teams. The role requires coordination, communication, and problem-solving to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

1. Dispatch Management:

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee daily dispatch operations.
• Ensure timely delivery of products to clients, sites, and warehouses.
• Coordinate with logistics partners and transport agencies.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery-related issues.
• Maintain proper documentation including invoices, delivery challans, and dispatch records.
• Monitor stock readiness with the warehouse and sales team.

2. Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and clients.
• Act as the main point of contact for dispatch-related queries and updates.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups.
• Handle complaints or issues professionally and provide quick resolutions.
• Coordinate with the sales team to align client expectations and delivery timelines.
