Prageu Events & Marketing Services Pvt. Ltd. is looking for a reliable and organized Office Administrator to manage day-to-day office operations and support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle daily office administration and coordination

Maintain records, files, and documentation

Manage calls, emails, and internal communication

Assist with billing, invoicing, and basic accounts coordination

Support event and marketing teams with administrative tasks

Coordinate with vendors and clients when required

Requirements:

Strong organizational and communication skills

Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Email)

Ability to multitask and work independently

Professional attitude and attention to detail
