Office Administration
Manage day-to-day office operations.
Maintain office supplies and place orders when necessary.
Ensure office equipment is functioning properly.
Scheduling & CoordinationCoordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
Maintain calendars for managers or departments.CommunicationHandle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
Act as a communication link between departments and staff.
Record KeepingMaintain office files, documents, and records.Prepare reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Support to StaffAssist management and team members with administrative tasks.
Help onboard new employees and coordinate office activities.
Vendor & Facility ManagementCoordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management.
Ensure office cleanliness and maintenance.
