Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day office operations
- Maintain records, files, and documents
- Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
- Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
- Prepare reports, PI invoices in BUSY ACCOUNTING Software, and basic documentation
- Support logistics, dispatch, and follow-ups
- Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized
