Job Description

Key Responsibilities:


  1. Manage day-to-day office operations
  2. Maintain records, files, and documents
  3. Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors
  4. Handle emails, calls, and correspondence
  5. Prepare reports, PI invoices in BUSY ACCOUNTING Software, and basic documentation
  6. Support logistics, dispatch, and follow-ups
  7. Ensure office supplies are stocked and organized

  1. Good communication skills
  2. Advanced Excel skills (MS Word, Email, Pivot Tables, MIS reporting)
  3. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
