Job Description
- Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day office administration activities
- Maintain office records, files, and documentation
- Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and service providers
- Manage office supplies and inventory
- Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars
- Handle calls, emails, and office correspondence
- Support HR and accounts with basic administrative tasks
- Ensure office cleanliness and proper maintenance
- Manage courier, dispatch, and travel arrangements

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
