Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to handle day-to-day back office operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts, inventory, and logistics.
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and MIS
- Generate invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries
- Maintain bank records, basic accounting, and bookkeeping
- Track courier dispatches, PODs, and delivery status
- Follow up on outstanding payments with customers
- Coordinate and assist the sales team with backend support
- Maintain proper documentation and data accuracy
Skills Required:
- Basic knowledge of accounts & inventory management
- Proficiency in Excel / ERP / accounting software
- Good coordination and follow-up skills
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
