Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented Office Assistant to handle day-to-day back office operations. The role involves maintaining accurate records, supporting the sales team, and ensuring smooth coordination between accounts, inventory, and logistics.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare sales reports, inventory reports, and MIS
  • Generate invoices, purchase entries, and sales entries
  • Maintain bank records, basic accounting, and bookkeeping
  • Track courier dispatches, PODs, and delivery status
  • Follow up on outstanding payments with customers
  • Coordinate and assist the sales team with backend support
  • Maintain proper documentation and data accuracy

Skills Required:

  • Basic knowledge of accounts & inventory management
  • Proficiency in Excel / ERP / accounting software
  • Good coordination and follow-up skills
  • Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
