๐Ÿฅ Job Opening: Office Assistant

Location: Ahmedabad

Clinic: Ayulink Ayurveda

Working Hours: Full-time (10:00 AM โ€“ 7:00 PM) - Sunday off

  • ๐Ÿ”น Job Responsibilities: Handle phone calls, WhatsApp messages, and inquiries
  • Assist with patient appointments and follow-ups
  • Maintain basic records and files
  • Support daily clinic and office operations
  • Coordinate with doctors and staff
  • Ensure polite and professional communication with patients
  • Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, email, simple data entry)
  • Good communication skills (Gujarati required; Hindi/English preferred)
  • Patient-friendly attitude
