Roles and Responsibilities –

• Maintain cleanliness of the office premises, including dusting and general cleaning of work areas and cabins.
• Serve tea, coffee, and water to employees as required during office hours.
• Attend to office guests and visitors by offering tea, coffee, or water in a polite manner.
• Ensure the pantry and serving areas are kept clean, organized, and well-stocked with necessary supplies.
• Assist with basic office support tasks such as photocopying and delivering documents within the office.
• Support office staff with any other day-to-day tasks as assigned by the management.
• Ensure proper handling and care of office equipment and utensils used for serving and cleaning.

Skills Required:

• Ability to manage routine office tasks efficiently within working hours.
• Courteous and respectful interaction with staff and visitors.
• Ability to maintain cleanliness and hygiene in office premises.
