Office Boy

Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and responsible Office Boy to support daily office operations. The candidate will ensure cleanliness, assist staff, and handle basic administrative and housekeeping tasks.

• Key Responsibilities: Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office (workstations, pantry, meeting rooms, washrooms).
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and visitors.
• Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, filing, and document delivery.
• Assist in arranging meeting rooms and office setup.
• Manage pantry supplies and ensure the availability of daily essentials.
• Support staff with basic administrative tasks.
• Handle incoming and outgoing couriers or documents.
• Open and close the office as required.
