Job Description

The office boy is responsible for maintaining a clean and organized office environment. The role includes various tasks such as serving tea and coffee to staff, handling mail and deliveries, and maintaining office supplies. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Keep the office premises clean and tidy. 2. Serve tea, coffee, and other refreshments to staff and visitors as required. 3. Collect and distribute mail, parcels and deliveries. 4. Assist in photocopying, printing, and scanning documents. 6. Assist in setting up meeting rooms and arranging furniture. 7. Ensure that all office equipment such as printers, copiers and scanners are in good working condition. 8. Help in filing and organizing documents and records. 9. Need to visit to bank regarding cheque deposit, other banking related work, field work related to office work. 10. Strictly Male Candidate, preferably from Ahmedabad. Qualification: 1. Candidate must completed 12th Class. 2. Experience as an office boy or similar role is an advantage. 3. Good communication and interpersonal skills.
