Job Description

  1. Fill bank, corporate or any other type of form (Tutorial will be given)
  2. Visit bank and help client opening new bank account
  3. Prepare applications and document set to apply for gumastadhara certificate
  4. Visit corporation office and submit applications
  5. Take follow ups and get certificates
  6. Get bank statements from banks
  7. Get or deliver documents from any location within city
  8. Use computer software to maintain data in system
  9. Scan documents
  10. Prepare task list every morning
  11. Submit incomplete tasks report with problems and possible solutions
  12. Arrange review meetings weekly
  13. Inform supervisor immediately in case of delay experienced in any task. Find out the reason and propose solution for the same.
  14. Find vendors and purchase product or services required for the company
  15. Find content from the internet and create report to provide company the latest information
  16. Ability to purchase product behalf of the company and handle start to end communication with employee, vendor and accounts team till the purchase has been made. Make sure that product or service purchased has the value and standard quality to maintain durability.
  17. Take the responsibility of product or service purchased.
  18. Attend our Quizzes to pass the basic tests taken for other job posts below manager level. Review and submit feedback for Quizzes (One time work)
  19. Understand the sales script and implement on each inquiry to generate leads
  20. Arrange employees’ meetings in office to educate freshers with organization system and marketing strategies
  21. Stock entry in computer software from office premises
  22. Schedule meetings for clients and add schedule data in system to set reminders and plan all future visits and field work for employees.
  23. Arrange accommodation within office premises for each meeting with new inquiry or office team.
  24. Maintain discipline in office environment for privacy control of data and safety of furniture/items inside office premises.
  25. Observe tasks and find ways to improve quality and services
  26. Generate relations with vendors and partners to execute operations smoothly
  27. Get updated with employee leave requests list well in advance to arrange work accordingly
  28. Understand organization’s system and acquire skills to allocate task to other employee if required in case of emergency.
