Office Coordinator – Calling & Follow-ups

We are hiring an Office Coordinator for office-based calling and customer follow-ups.

This is a desk job with fixed day timings and a comfortable work environment.

Location: Shahibaug, Ahmedabad

Timing: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Day Shift)

Salary: ₹13,000 – ₹18,000 (Fixed + Incentives)

Job Type: Full-time

Gender: Female preferred

Key Responsibilities :

• Call customers and share basic product information
• Regular follow-ups with existing leads
• Maintain call records and follow-up details
• Handle WhatsApp messages and customer queries
• Support office coordination and daily reporting
• No field work involved

Required Skills :

• Good communication skills
• Calling / follow-up experience preferred
• Basic computer knowledge (WhatsApp, Excel – basic)
• Organized and punctual
• Experience1+ year experience in calling, customer support, or office coordination
