Officer
TA Operations & Coordination
- Support the TA Lead in executing end-to-end recruitment operations across functions and grades
- Ensure adherence to defined TA processes, timelines (TAT), and hiring governance
- Act as a single point of contact for candidates from selection to joining
- Collect, verify, and maintain candidate documentation (KYC, education, experience, medical, background verification, etc.)
- Coordinate joining formalities
- Provide continuous candidate engagement to reduce dropouts and improve joining ratios
- Coordinate pre-employment medical tests, background verification, and onboarding kits
- Ensure timely completion of onboarding activities in coordination with HR Operations
- Support reimbursement processing and travel/logistics arrangements for candidates (where applicable)
- Maintain accurate recruitment data in ATS / HRMS
- Prepare and share daily, weekly, and monthly MIS reports
- Track hiring metrics such as TAT, source performance, conversion ratios, and aging
- Identify process gaps and support continuous improvement initiatives in TA operations

- 1–5 years of experience in TA Operations / Recruitment Coordination / HR Operations
