1.	Responsible for the database management of Flight Safety and Flight Operations.
2.	Responsible for updation of Flight Safety Manual, SMS manual, FSDS Manual, Operations Manuals, checklist and forms.
3.	Responsible for preparation of Monthly returns and sharing with DGCA
4.	Assist in External audit preparation and coordination with other departments for external audit
5.	Responsible for organizing Safety meetings and Safety Trainings of staff
6.	Responsible for maintaining HAZARD Register and Risk Assessments.
7.	Conduct Accident/incident prevention program activities including Load & Trin inspection, FDTL Inspection and PFME inspection
8.	Reporting of accident/ incident to AAIB and DGCA
9.	Assist in investigation of incident and preparation of Investigation report
10	Assist CoFS in Internal audit of KAPL departments
11.	Responsible for FSDS in KAPL and adherence of FSDS standards
12.	Responsible for FOQA Reports, Trend Analysis and crew reports

EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATIONS:	Candidate must possess a Diploma/Graduate degree. Applicant must have a minimum of 5 years’ experience in the aviation industry
Trainings & Certifications:	Excellent computer skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PPT). Any aviation operations, Aeronautical Engineering and safety specific course or training
RELEVANT EXPERIENCE:	Experience in Flight Operations or Safety
