Employee Life Cycle Activities for Off-Roll Employees:

- Overseeing the hiring process, including transfer processes and OM changes for Outlook view.

- Onboarding in Kronos and managing the employee contract renewal process.

- Handling exit formalities efficiently.

Manage Off-Roll/Contractual Employee Life Cycle Management:

- Managing the entire life cycle from hiring to exit formalities.

- Handling system onboarding, document collection, and interdepartmental coordination.

Payroll and Budgeting:

- Providing payroll input for payroll processing.

- Addressing employee queries and assisting with budgeting.

Invoice Payment Process:

- Ensuring the invoice payment process is in line with budget allocation.

Utilization of Systems:

- Using SAP and Kronos systems for various tasks.

Attendance and Leave Management:

- Managing attendance and timecards.

- Handling leave management for off-roll employees.

MIS Preparation:

- Preparing MIS for off-roll and reports for the respective BU.

Compliance and Query Resolution:

- Managing the compliance dashboard.

- Resolving queries from vendors and the business.

Vendor Invoice Payments:

- Coordinating with the accounts and finance department for payment release.

Employee Support:

- Providing help desk support for off-roll employees, location-wise.

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Commerce, or a related field.
• A Master’s degree (e.g., MBA in HR or Finance) can be an added advantage, especially for roles involving budgeting and payroll.
• Certifications in HR systems (like SAP, Kronos) or payroll management may also be beneficial.
• Experience Required - 3-8 Years
