Job Description

Position Title: Operational Executive Department: Operations

Location: Ahmedabad

Reports To: Operations Head / Director

  • Key Responsibilities 1. Team Management: Supervise and manage field technicians, engineers, and project teams
  • Assign daily tasks and monitor execution progress
  • Ensure discipline, productivity, and performance of team members
  • Conduct daily/weekly team briefings and performance reviews
  • 2. Client CoordinationAct as the primary point of contact between client and internal teams
  • Understand project requirements and communicate clearly to execution team
  • Maintain regular updates with clients regarding project status
  • Handle client queries, escalations, and ensure timely resolution
  • 3. Operations Execution & MonitoringOversee ongoing electrical projects (HT/LT, CCTV, fire, automation, etc.)
  • Ensure work is completed as per drawings, standards, and timelines
  • Monitor material usage, site progress, and quality standards
  • Coordinate with procurement and technical teams for smooth operations
  • 4. Team Assignment & PlanningAllocate manpower based on project requirements and deadlines
  • Plan site deployment, shifts, and workload distribution
  • Ensure optimal utilization of workforce and resources
  • Maintain backup planning for urgent or critical projects
  • 5. Reporting & DocumentationPrepare daily, weekly, and monthly operations reports
  • Maintain site reports, work completion records, and client documentation
  • Track project timelines, delays, and corrective actions
  • Coordinate with management for MIS reporting
  • 6. Quality & ComplianceEnsure all work complies with safety standards and electrical norms
  • Monitor quality of installation and execution
  • Implement SOPs and best practices across projects
  • Key Skills RequiredStrong team handling & leadership skills
  • Excellent client communication & coordination ability
  • Good understanding of electrical projects (HT/LT, CCTV, automation preferred)
  • Strong planning, scheduling & execution skills
  • Problem-solving and decision-making ability
  • Basic knowledge of MS Excel / reporting tools
  • QualificationDiploma / B.E. in Electrical Engineering (Preferred)
  • Minimum 2–5 years experience in electrical/project operations
