Job Description: Operations Executive

We are seeking a proactive Operations Executive to support our end-to-end business flow. Working under the direct guidance of an Operations Supervisor, you will receive full training to manage the lifecycle of our products from production to delivery.

Key Responsibilities

* E-commerce: Process daily orders and maintain accurate online product listings.

* Inventory Management: Track stock levels, conduct regular audits, and coordinate replenishment to prevent stockouts.

* Logistics: Coordinate with couriers for timely dispatch and resolve delivery issues.

* Production: Monitor manufacturing schedules and perform quality checks on finished goods.

Requirements

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

* Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic e-commerce platforms.

* A fast learner with a "can-do" attitude; no prior experience required as training is provided.
