Operation Executive

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Executive to manage hotel coordination, vendor communication, and on-ground event execution. The candidate will ensure smooth operations from planning to event completion.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle and follow up on event leads.
• Connect and maintain relationships with hotels and vendors.
• Negotiate and coordinate hotel rates and requirements.
• Ensure all event arrangements are executed as per commitment.
• Visit event venues and oversee on-ground event operations.
• Coordinate between clients and hotels to ensure smooth event execution.
• Monitor event setup and resolve operational issues promptly.
