About the Role

WeRoutine is a young skin-tech startup in its foundation phase, currently built by a 2-member founding team. We are looking for our first core team member — someone who is eager to learn, take responsibility, and grow with the company from Day 1. This role is ideal for someone who values learning, exposure, and hands-on experience over a high starting salary.

Key Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations and coordination tasks
• Assist founders with follow-ups, documentation, and workflow management
• Coordinate with vendors, partners, and upcoming team members
• Help with basic research, task tracking, and execution activities
