The Role

We are looking for a strategic and hands-on Operation Executive to lead our Housekeeping and Technical Maintenance divisions. You will be responsible for the end-to-day delivery of services across multiple client sites, ensuring operational excellence, profitability, and high client satisfaction. You will bridge the gap between our on-ground teams and senior management, driving efficiency in both soft services (cleaning/hygiene) and hard services (MEP/maintenance).


Key Responsibilities

1. Strategic Operations Management

  • Oversee total facility management operations across all client sites, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements) and KPIs.
  • Develop and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for housekeeping (cleaning schedules, chemical usage) and maintenance (preventive/breakdown maintenance).
  • Conduct regular site audits to monitor quality standards, hygiene levels, and asset performance.

2. Housekeeping & Soft Services

  • Manage deployment of manpower, ensuring optimal shifts and attendance for housekeeping staff.
  • Oversee inventory management of cleaning consumables, machinery, and uniforms to prevent wastage and pilferage.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene standards and bio-waste management regulations.

3. Technical & Maintenance Oversight

  • Supervise the technical team (electricians, plumbers, technicians) to ensure 100% uptime of critical equipment.
  • Review Planned Preventive Maintenance (PPM) schedules and ensure they are executed on time.
  • Manage vendor relationships for specialized repairs and AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts).

4. Client Relations & Leadership

  • Serve as the primary escalation point for key clients; hold monthly review meetings to address feedback.
  • Ensure all operations comply with statutory regulations (ESIC, PF, Labor Laws) and safety norms.


Who You Are (Requirements)

  • Experience: Minimum 2+ years in Facility Management.
  • Education: Graduate + Diploma in hospitality and soft services.
  • Skills:
  • Strong command over Manpower Management (managing large teams).
  • Technical knowledge of cleaning machinery (scrubbers, jet washers).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Email drafting) for reporting and quotations.
  • Excellent client-facing communication and negotiation skills.
  • Traits: Problem-solver, detail-oriented, able to handle high-pressure situations, and willing to travel to client sites.
