Operation Incharge

The Head of Operations will oversee the end-to-end lifecycle of OOH advertising campaigns, from site procurement and vendor management to physical installation and proof-of-performance. You will bridge the gap between Sales, Creative, and Field teams to ensure operational excellence, high safety standards, and maximum inventory uptime.

• Key Responsibilities
• Campaign Execution & Logistics
• End-to-End Management: Oversee the planning, trafficking, and execution of all traditional (static) and Digital OOH (DOOH) campaigns.
• Quality Control: Ensure high-quality printing, mounting, and installation standards are met across all media assets.
• Proof of Performance (POP): Manage the collection and delivery of timely, high-quality campaign photos and reports for client validation.
• Inventory & Asset Management
• Site Maintenance: Coordinate regular audits and maintenance of physical structures (billboards, bus shelters, kiosks) to ensure they are safe, clean, and well-lit.
• Landlord & Regulatory Liaison: Manage relationships with site owners and navigate municipal/government permits and compliance regulations.
• Real-time Monitoring: For DOOH, oversee network health and ensure immediate troubleshooting of hardware or software outages.
• Vendor & Procurement Management
• Sourcing: Identify and vet printing vendors, fabrication contractors, and mounting crews.
• Negotiation: Manage operational budgets, negotiating favorable rates with suppliers to improve company margins without sacrificing quality.
• Supply Chain: Optimize the flow of materials (flex, vinyl, digital components) to prevent campaign delays.
• Coordination with labors, vendors, fabricators and mounting crews to get work done timely.
