Operation Manager

ZStays is seeking a dynamic and experienced Cluster Manager – Operations to oversee the end-to-end operations of our premium co-living and hostel properties across Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth daily functioning, high resident satisfaction, financial efficiency, and strong team performance across all properties.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise daily operations and performance of 4+ properties and their respective Property Managers.
• Monitor occupancy, rent collection, maintenance, and housekeeping standards.
• Ensure compliance with company SOPs, operational policies, and financial targets.
• Review and analyze property reports (occupancy, expenses, complaints, staff attendance).
• Drive resident satisfaction through quick issue resolution, events, and engagement programs.
• Manage property budgets, vendor payments, and expense control.
• Oversee staff performance, discipline, and manpower planning.
• Conduct periodic inspections and audits for safety, maintenance, and service quality.
• Provide regular operational reports and updates to management.
• Support business expansion and onboarding of new properties.
