Job Overview:

We are looking for a proactive and responsible Operations Coordinator who will manage support and monitor day-to-day operational activities. The candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth coordination between departments, proper task assignment, and completion tracking.

Operations & Coordination Responsibilities:

 - Monitor overall department activities during the shift.

 - Coordinate with team leads to ensure proper task allocation to team members.

 - Track assigned tasks and ensure timely completion.

 - Observe workflow efficiency and report delays or issues to management.

 - Maintain daily operational reports and updates.

 - Ensure smooth communication between departments during the shift.

 - Support management in improving operational processes.

Required Skills:

 - Strong communication and coordination skills

 - Basic understanding of operational workflows

 - Ability to monitor tasks and ensure accountability
