Operations Cum Site Supervisor

Supervisor required to manage order execution and team coordination from order confirmation to completion.Order Process Supervision

Supervise the entire process after receiving a confirmed order.

Ensure all operational steps are followed properly until project completion.

Monitor progress and ensure timely execution of work.

Team Management

Coordinate with field staff and operational teams.

Assign tasks and ensure work is executed as per instructions.

Monitor staff performance and discipline.

Work Monitoring

Track daily progress of the project or order.

Ensure work quality and timely completion.

Client Coordination

Communicate with clients during project execution when required.

Ensure smooth service delivery and customer satisfaction.

Reporting & Documentation

Maintain daily work reports and updates.

Inform management about project status, issues, or delays.

Candidate Requirements

1–3 years experience in operations / site supervision / team handling

Good communication and coordination skills

Basic computer knowledge for reporting

Ability to manage teams and field operations
