Job Role

We are looking for an Operations Manager to manage and scale Buffindia’s cigarette waste management services across multiple locations in India.

Key Responsibilities

Manage day-to-day operations across client sites

Plan and monitor waste collection & logistics

Coordinate with field teams, vendors, and transporters

Ensure timely installation and servicing of disposal units

Maintain safety, quality, and SOP compliance

Handle operational issues and client coordination

Track waste collection and support impact reporting

Requirements

5+ years experience in operations / logistics / facilities management

Experience handling field teams and vendors

Willingness to travel when required

Strong coordination and problem-solving skills
