The Operations Team Member – Liability Operations is responsible for handling documentation and service requests (SRs) related to liability products across branches. The role requires strong attention to detail, timely processing within defined TATs, and effective communication with branch teams to resolve queries. The ideal candidate should be tech-savvy, process-oriented, and capable of maintaining high accuracy in operational tasks.

Verify documents received for modifications from various branches. Process service requests (SRs) within defined turnaround time (TAT). Ensure accuracy and completeness in documentation and data entry. Communicate with branch teams to resolve queries and clarify documentation issues. Maintain records and logs of processed requests for audit and compliance. Use desktop/laptop systems efficiently for operational tasks and reporting.
