Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive eye examinations and vision assessments
• Diagnose refractive errors and common visual conditions
• Perform optical lens cutting, edging, fitting, and dispensing
• Maintain accurate, complete, and confidential patient records
• Advise patients on suitable frames, lenses, and eye care solutions
• Ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and professional service
• Maintain clinical hygiene, equipment, and quality standards
• Work closely with the branch team to ensure smooth daily operations
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, supporting effective teamwork and customer interaction
