Order Fulfilment Associate

- Take ownership of the daily order sheet shared by the courier/operations team and ensure 100% orders are prepared on time.

- Supervise the packing and fulfilment process (approx. 40%) and actively support execution on the floor when required (approx. 60%).

- Coordinate and guide helpers to ensure speed, accuracy, and order-wise correctness.

- Ensure all parcels are properly packed, labelled, and ready before courier pickup.

- Act as the single point of responsibility during courier pickup—no pending, missed, or delayed parcels.

- Flag shortages, delays, or issues early and work with operations to resolve them.

- Maintain discipline, order, and workflow in the fulfilment area.
