Summary:
As a Packaged or Software as a Service Application Engineer, a typical day involves configuring and supporting packaged or cloud-based applications to meet evolving business requirements. This role includes managing software releases, adapting features to enhance functionality, and ensuring the overall stability and performance of the systems. The engineer collaborates with various teams to align technical solutions with organizational goals, utilizing standard tools, application programming interfaces, and low-code platforms to maintain compatibility and optimize user experience. Continuous monitoring and proactive adjustments are key aspects of daily activities to support seamless application operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead efforts to identify and implement process improvements that enhance application performance and reliability.
- Mentor junior team members to foster skill development and knowledge sharing.
- Coordinate cross-functional communication to ensure alignment on project goals and deliverables.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in .Net Full Stack Development.
- Experience with front-end and back-end development frameworks related to .Net technologies.
- Strong understanding of application lifecycle management and deployment processes.
- Familiarity with API integration and low-code platform utilization.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex software issues to maintain system stability.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 7.5 years of experience in .Net Full Stack Development.
- This position is based at our Ahmedabad office.
