Key Responsibilities

• The Pattern Master is responsible for overseeing and managing the pattern-making process within the sampling unit of the garment industry

• The role involves creating accurate patterns, collaborating with design teams, and ensuring high-quality patterns for sample development.

• Coordinate with the Merchandising team for providing details for garment costing.

• Helping and supervising tailor for the development of protos.

Candidature

• 1+ years of experience

• Proficient in pattern making and grading.

• Should be familiar primarily with women’s western wear and versatile with other categories as well.

• Should be strong in pattern making for corsets, dresses, pants.

• Strong technical skills.
