Position: Payroll Executive

Job Location: Ahmedabad – Satellite

Experience Required: Minimum 2 Years in Payroll Process

Salary: Up to ₹3.00 LPA

• Key Responsibilities:End-to-end payroll processing on a monthly basis
• Calculation of salary, incentives, deductions, arrears, and reimbursements
• Handling statutory compliances including PF, ESIC, PT, TDS, and LWF
• Preparation and verification of attendance and leave data
• Maintaining accurate employee payroll records and MIS reports
• Coordination with HR, accounts, and external consultants for payroll closure
• Resolving payroll-related queries from employees
• Ensuring payroll processing is completed accurately and within timelines
• Supporting audits and statutory inspections related to payroll
• Skills Required:Strong knowledge of Payroll Processing
• Advanced proficiency in MS Excel

• Pivot Tables
• Data validation & formulas
• Good understanding of statutory laws and compliance
• Attention to detail and strong numerical ability
• Good communication and coordination skill
