🔧Job Description- PCB Repairing Engineer

Role OverviewA PCB Repairing Engineer inspects faulty circuit boards, identifies defects, and performs repairs to restore proper functionality. This role requires strong knowledge of electronics, components, and diagnostic tools.

• 🛠️ Key ResponsibilitiesDiagnose faults in PCBs using testing equipment (multimeter, oscilloscope, etc.)
• Identify damaged components such as resistors, capacitors, ICs, and connectors
• Perform soldering and desoldering of electronic components
• Repair or replace defective parts on circuit boards
• Read and interpret circuit diagrams and schematics
• Test repaired PCBs to ensure proper functioning
• Maintain documentation of repairs and test results
• Follow safety standards and ESD (Electrostatic Discharge) precautions
• Assist in improving repair processes and reducing failure rates
• 🧠 Required SkillsStrong understanding of electronics and circuit theory
• Hands-on experience with soldering tools (soldering iron, hot air gun, BGA rework station)
• Knowledge of electronic components and their functions

• 2–5+ years (mid-level PCB repair engineer)
