Job Description

  • 3–5 years of experience in performance marketing
  • Skilled in Google Ads, Meta Ads, GA, GTM
  • Strong with analytics and Excel/Google Sheets
  • Plan, execute & optimize paid campaigns (Google, Meta, LinkedIn, etc.)
  • Track CPC, CPA, ROAS, CTR, CVR & other key metrics
  • A/B test ads, creatives, landing pages & targeting
  • Manage budgets to maximize ROI
  • Collaborate on high-performing creatives with content/design teams
  • Analyze funnel data for user acquisition & conversion
  • Generate reports & insights for stakeholders
  • Stay updated on ad trends, algorithms & new features
