Position: Executive Assistant

Reporting To: Director

Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive Executive Assistant to work closely with the Director and support day-to-day operations. The role will also include follow-ups on basic HR activities and coordination with internal teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative and operational support to the Director
• Manage schedules, meetings, follow-ups, and daily task coordination
• Prepare reports, presentations, and MIS (mainly using MS Excel)
• Coordinate with store teams and head office for updates and follow-ups
• Handle basic HR follow-ups such as attendance tracking, employee documentation, joining formalities, and leave coordination
• Ensure timely communication between Director, HR, and operations team
• Maintain records, files, and confidential information
• Support smooth execution of management decisions

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Graduate (preferred)
• Good proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and email communication
• Strong follow-up and coordination skills
• Good communication and organizational abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks
• Experience in retail or HR coordination will be an advantage

Experience:

• 1–3 years in an Executive Assistant / Back Office / HR Coordination role (retail experience preferred)
