Job Description

Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and highly organized Personal Assistant (PA) to the Director

to provide administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate should have 3-5

years of experience strong proficiency in MS Office and excellent oral and written English

communication skills.

Key Responsibilities:

- Manage the Director’s schedule, appointments, and meetings efficiently.

- Handle emails, correspondence, and reports with professionalism.

- Prepare presentations, reports, and data analysis using MS Office.

- Organize and maintain confidential documents and records.

- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders on behalf of the Director.

- Plan and arrange travel itineraries, accommodations, and events.

- Organizing and managing the distribution of hampers, return gifts, and festive gifts during

festivals and family functions & smooth distribution to family members, friends, vendors etc

- Ensure smooth day-to-day administrative operations for the Director’s office.

-Registration for all events, exhibitions, and trade fairs related to the company profile.

- Ensuring timely renewal of all legal documents as and when require

- Perform other ad-hoc tasks as required.

- Follow up & coordinate with other staff for tasks allotted.

Key Requirements:

- 3-5 years of experience as a PA, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role.

- Strong proficiency in MS Office (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, Data Analysis, etc.) .

- Excellent written and verbal communication in English.

- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.

- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.

- Strong time management and multitasking skills.
