Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pest Control Technician to inspect properties, identify pest issues, and implement effective treatment solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in residential and commercial environments.

• Key Responsibilities
• Inspect residential and commercial properties to identify pest infestations
• Determine the type and severity of infestations
• Apply pesticides, insecticides, rodenticides, and other treatments safely and according to regulations
• Set and monitor traps
• Seal entry points and recommend preventative measures
• Educate customers on pest prevention and maintenance
• Maintain accurate service records and reports
• Follow all safety guidelines and environmental regulations
• Maintain equipment and service vehicle in clean, working condition
• Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• State pest control license (or ability to obtain within a specified timeframe)
• Knowledge of pest control chemicals and safety procedures
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs, crawl in confined spaces, and work outdoors in various weather conditions
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
• Preferred Qualifications
• Previous experience in pest control or related field
• Knowledge of integrated pest management (IPM) practices
• Basic computer or mobile app proficiency for service reporting
