Job Title: Warehouse Executive – Stock Management (Garment Industry)

Job Summary

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Warehouse Executive with prior experience in the garment industry. The candidate will be responsible for managing stock movement, maintaining inventory accuracy, handling dispatch operations, and supporting daily warehouse activities. This role requires physical stamina and hands-on involvement in loading, unloading, sorting, and organising stock.

Key Responsibilities

1) Manage stock inward and outward entries accurately in records / software.

2) Receive, verify, and store incoming garments and accessories.

3) Prepare stock for dispatch, including picking, packing, labeling, and coordination with transporters.

4) Maintain proper stock organization, labeling, and cleanliness in the warehouse.

5) Conduct regular stock counts and reconciliation to avoid shortages or mismatches.

6) Ensure proper handling to avoid damage, loss, or misplacement of goods.

7) Coordinate with production, merchandising, and accounts teams for stock updates.

8) Maintain dispatch documentation such as delivery challans, invoices, and gate passes.

9) Follow safety procedures and warehouse discipline standards.

10) Perform physical tasks such as lifting cartons, shifting bundles, and arranging racks.

Required Skills & Qualifications - Minimum 1–3 years experience in a garment warehouse or textile industry.

• Strong understanding of garment stock management processes.
• Experience handling inward, outward, and dispatch operations.
• Ability to maintain accurate records manually or in software (Excel / ERP preferred).
• Physically fit and able to perform warehouse duties.
• Basic communication and coordination skills.
• Honest, disciplined, and detail-oriented.
