Job Purpose: The Planner-SM focuses on supporting the planning and execution of smart metering projects by ensuring optimal resource utilization, strict adherence to project timelines, and efficient budget management. The team member collaborates with cross-functional teams to develop and implement detailed project plans, identify risks, and align activities with organizational objectives. By leveraging analytical tools and methodologies, the team member ensures the timely achievement of project milestones, drives operational efficiency, and contributes to the seamless delivery of smart metering solutions.

Operational Excellence:
Optimize operational efficiency by creating and maintaining detailed project plans for smart metering initiatives, ensuring accurate resource allocation, precise scheduling, and adherence to budgetary goals.
Drive seamless project execution by coordinating effectively with internal teams and external stakeholders, resolving issues proactively, and ensuring timely delivery of project milestones.
Growth and Innovation:
Contribute to revenue growth by supporting the implementation of strategic initiatives, ensuring efficient execution of tasks aligned with emerging market opportunities in Smart Metering solutions.
Support operational improvements by gathering and analyzing market insights, providing actionable data to enhance project timelines, reduce costs, and strengthen the organization's competitive positioning.
Assist in market research by tracking industry trends, identifying growth opportunities, and flagging potential risks to ensure effective execution of strategies that align with long-term organizational objectives.
Governance, Compliance, and Risk Management:
Implement proactive risk management strategies by identifying, assessing, and mitigating potential risks to ensure project continuity and resilience.
Ensure project integrity and stakeholder confidence by adhering to industry standards, regulatory requirements, and organizational policies, driving compliance and operational excellence throughout the project lifecycle.
Technology and Innovation:
Enhance project efficiency and resource optimization for smart metering initiatives by utilizing advanced project management tools and data analytics to ensure precise planning and streamlined reporting.
Deliver measurable operational improvements by integrating cutting-edge technologies and best practices into project workflows, driving innovation and enhancing overall performance.
Stakeholder Management:
