Review the Project Monitoring and Assurance Processes and Guidelines of theBusiness and assist the BU PMAG and Projects Head to Formulate the same in linewith the central CPAG Processes w.r.t.
o
Time – Scheduling
o
Cost – Budgeting and Cost Controls
o
Quality Parameters
o
Safety Standards
o
Research and suggest the Global benchmarked practices w.r.t. BU andfacilitate adoption of the same
Planning, Monitoring & Control
•
Develop oversight of all required inputs (material, technical documents anddrawings, manpower) at BU project sites as per schedule requirement.
•
Review the Project Budget w.r.t. Budget & Spend and provide timely informationto the Project Head and CPAG Infrastructure Cluster Head
•
Obtaining & generating various MIS and highlighting problem areas for ProjectHead and CPAG Cluster Head for timely intervention.
•
Assist and facilitate the BU PMAG Head in conducting the periodic projectreviews and dissemination of the information to all stakeholders
Organisation Development
•
Assist the BU PMAG Head and BU Project Head w.r.t Planning, Deployment andoptimisation of Talent Required in the BU Projects
•
Assist and facilitate the BU PMAG Head in conducting the periodic PerformanceReviews of the Employees and provide timely and qualitative feedback

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, with PG Diploma in Project Management from reputed institutes/Universities (NICMAR preferred) and PMP Certifications.
