Center Head:

• Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, manage staff, ensure compliance with regulations, handle budgeting and finances, and develop programs and curricula.
• Skills Needed: Leadership, organization, experience in early childhood education, strong communication skills, and problem-solving abilities.

English-Speaking Teacher:

• Responsibilities: Teach and engage children in English, develop lesson plans, assess student progress, and create a supportive learning environment.
• Skills Needed: Proficiency in English, experience with early childhood education, creativity, and patience.

Administrative Staff:

• Responsibilities: Handle basic office tasks, manage records, assist with scheduling, and support the center head and teachers.
• Skills Needed: Basic computer knowledge, organizational skills, attention to detail, and good communication abilities.
